How do I know if my Apple order went through? ›

It's easy to check the status of your order. First, visit your Order Listing(Opens in a new window) page and enter your Apple ID and password. Once you sign in, select an item to view your order details. On your order details page, a progress bar and status message display next to each of your items.

Also remember that purchase can take 1-3 days (sometimes more) to clear it with bank. Pending means it has not been charged to your bank account yet. If you're having this issue for more than 4-5 days you can reach out to Apple Support and let them handle this issue further.

How do I know Apple keep me informed of the progress of my order? Order Placed. Order confirmation: Once your payment has been received and your order has been accepted by Apple, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order and estimated availability and delivery dates.

How to see your purchase history. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. A list of your recent purchases will appear.

Order history is a complete record of past orders on an ecommerce site. It includes information on order dates, payment details, order status, past purchases, and customer buying patterns.

Order Number. When you order from the Online Apple Store, you will receive a Web Order Number on your checkout page and on subsequent Apple Store emails. You can use this number in combination with your shipping address postal code to find the status of your order.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

The ordered item will remain at the processing stage until it is nearing the anticipated arrival date. At that time it will change to preparing to ship, then to shipped. At that time Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date and tracking information.
